• Individual All Star Follow Up, Pics, and 2027!

  NDIVIDUAL ALL STARS FOLLOW UP

  Just one month ago, we enjoyed a beautiful day and even better, some amazing swims at the Individual All Star Meet at Vienna Woods. We sincerely appreciate our hosts, Vienna Woods, and the amazing organizational and volunteer effort led by Jason Somensatto. Many thanks to the volunteers from across the NVSL who each helped the day to run smoothly and successfully.

• Outstanding Sportsmanship by the 2026 Sportsmanship Award Winners

  The Sportsmanship Award is given to the team in each division that best embodies the principles of good sportsmanship as outlined in the NVSL Standards of Conduct. This is a special award because it is determined by votes from the team reps, coaches and 13 and over swimmers.

• Congratulations to the 2026 NVSL Division Winners!

  Sat, 7-25-2026 | On behalf of the Executive Board and Seeding

  Congratulations to our 2026 Division Champions! They were awarded their trophies at Divisionals today. A few highlights in this year's Division winners: Division 2 winner Wakefield Chapel is celebrating their first win since 2018; Rolling Valley for D14 has not hoisted the trophy since 2017; Country Club Hills, in a 3-way tie for Division 13 has not celebrated a Division win since 2019; Holmes Run Acres (D12) is celebrating their first win since 2019 and their first 5-0 season since 2004; and Lake Braddock is adding to their trophy case for the first time since 2012 AND celebrating their first 5-0 season since 2003.

• One League Record in Week Five

  In our final week of dual meets, one League record was re-written, once again in the 13-14 girls age group!
  
  Congratulation to Ellie Hook of Chesterbrook!
  Congratulations to Chesterbrook swimmer, Ellie Hook (13), for her record-breaking swim in the 13-14 Girls 50m Backstroke. She swam a time of 28.64 at Chesterbrook, lowering the previous record of 29.18 set by Mackey Tolar last week.
