Highlights of responsibilities

-Attend pre-season meetings and work on preparations

-Manage support coaches by giving input in hiring, setting schedules, teaching, and assigning clear roles for every swim team function

-Attend and lead all practices, meets, and social events

-Communicate with parents, swimmers, and team reps for progress and concerns

Criteria

- 2+ years of swim coaching experience

- Red Cross Lifeguard training

- Extensive knowledge of NVSL Rules

- Completed SafeSport and concussion training within the past 12 month

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Supportive and effective with teaching children
