- Participate in and help build enthusiasm for team traditions, social activities, spirit events, and other summer swim activities.
- Foster a strong team culture that encourages swimmers to support one another, celebrate improvement, and take pride in representing Rolling Hills.
- Ensure swimmers and staff understand and adhere to NVSL rules, procedures, and standards of sportsmanship.

- Strong understanding of competitive swimming, including stroke mechanics, starts, turns, race strategy, conditioning, and training principles.
- Experience using SwimTopia and organizing competitive meet lineups.
- Strong knowledge and application of NVSL rules, procedures, and sportsmanship standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with coaches, swimmers, parents, team representatives, and pool staff.
